A typical client comes to me at a crossroads: a transition in life, work, identity, health, relationships. In times of transition we can feel unmoored, unfocused or even ambivalent. You don’t have to figure this out by yourself. I help you gain clarity, retire old stories and craft a new narrative. Part coach, part creative co-conspirator, I guide you in imagining new possibilities, grounding in your strengths and inner resources to make the changes you desire.
